Reporting Issues

KronoGraph developers run our support team during normal working hours (9am-5pm GMT, Monday to Friday on business days). We can help with:

  • Implementing KronoGraph features.
  • Unexpected or undocumented behavior that might be a bug.
  • Issues with following examples or documentation, or using source code.
  • Accessing the KronoGraph site.
  • Requests for new features or enhancements.

Support Process

Every bug report goes through our support process:

  • The issue is immediately logged and you'll hear back from us within one working day.
  • We try to reproduce it.
  • It's prioritized depending on how serious the impact is.
  • We let you know when to expect a fix.
  • When the fix is available, we contact you again to check things are working as expected.

Feature requests are important to us - every request is considered by our product management team and prioritized alongside our planned improvements.

When reporting an issue, you can send over a Playground link to show us your issue in a live environment.
